Practice what your preach: Skills for Reducing Stress in Behavioral Health Care.
Individuals in the behavioral health field often face significant stressors in the workplace. While they often teach the people they serve skills to reduce stress, they do not always engage in those skills themselves. Emily Dreher, a Linehan Board Certified DBT Clinician, has been teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills for over a decade and has found they have been beneficial not only in her clients’ lives but in her own as well. This training will teach the participants specific DBT skills that can reduce stress and improve quality of life in the workplace.
This training is presented by Emily Dreher, LPC, DBT-LC. In this training, you will receive an overview of the underlying theories and procedures of Prolonged Exposure, identify individuals who may benefit from the treatment, and debunk myths about exposure treatment for PTSD. Behavioral Health professionals who attend may apply for CEUs. This event will be open to the community with limited spots available.

Continuing Education Guidelines for Illume in-person training:
•All attendees must attend the full time of the event.
•All attendees are required to be registered before the event.
•All attendees must complete the event CEU questions during the registration process and sign-in sheet at the start of the training.
•Please, arrive to the training 5-10 minutes prior to the start time to ensure that any potential difficulties are worked out prior to the event start.
•Attendees must attend the full event time in order to receive continuing education. If an attendee is not present at the start of the training, leaves for a significant time during the training or leaves the training early, CEUs may not be awarded.
•If an attendee experiences any issue that would keep them from being in the training from start time to end time, continuing education cannot be awarded. Illume retains the attendance list for auditing purposes.
•Please allow at least 30 days to receive your CEU certificate or certificate of attendance. If your training has multiple dates, certificates will be sent at least 30 days from the date of the last training or workshop.CEUs will only be disbursed via email to individuals that have followed the guidelines.

On the way from Phoenix to Page, we passed through three areas with completely different geological features and vegetation. When we first left Phoenix, we saw columnar cacti on both sides of the road. As the altitude increased, the cacti and other low shrubs disappeared, replaced by tall pine forests, and finally the barren plateau with Danxia landform characteristics. It was amazing!

Meet in Forest Park in St. Louis in winter. Walking in Forest Park, passing by the History Museum, Art Museum, Zoo, and Science Museum. Along the way, there are people running in shorts, cyclists, fishermen by the lake, and people playing golf and tennis... There is such a large forest park in the city center, and there are many places for entertainment. People regard exercise and enjoying the sun and outdoor air as part of their lives. I am a little embarrassed to wear a sweater and trousers.

St. Louis in the central United States is located near the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri rivers and is named after King Louis IX of France. The most famous landmark in St. Louis is the Clavier Gate on the Mississippi River, which is very beautiful at sunrise.

This zoo is beautiful! It&#39;s the first zoo I&#39;ve been to where the animals looked happy. You have a nice view from every angle. The underwater sea lion exhibit is a must see! It&#39;s free!
