This is Kelsey Lensman's 47th stop on her mission to complete 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in just 48 days. The Powerlifting event will include Squat, Bench, and Deadlift Max Out exercises, with scalable options available for beginners. Additionally, there will be a Mission48 Miles walk or run/jog option, where you can join Denise or Kelsey's Dad for a one-mile journey. By participating in Mission48, you will also support ROX, a charity that empowers young girls through self-confidence and leadership programs.
