On Fridays and Saturdays (February 2nd - 3rd and February 9th - 10th), festival-goers can enjoy performances and live events from 6 PM to 10 PM. Pop-up locations will be open from February 2nd to February 10th, also from 6 PM to 10 PM.

This year, the festival's theme is "Glowing Under Pressure," inviting attendees to delve into the mysteries and dangers of the deep sea. Witness the captivating symphony of light as you encounter bioluminescent creatures shimmering like stars in the darkness. This event is a celebration of creativity, community, and the magic of light.

The Portland Winter Light Festival is free for all, welcoming everyone to experience the enchantment. Please note that there are no tickets available for purchase, so if anyone tries to sell you tickets, say NO.
