This workshop aims to help practitioners of Physical Theater, Drama Theater, Musical Theater, Choreography, and Circus Directing, as well as actors and dancers, enhance their skills and develop a director's toolkit for creating professional productions. The intensive training will focus on using your body as an expressive tool and improving your stage presence.

During the workshop, participants will explore various techniques such as building images and characters through physical movement, understanding relationships with space and partners, and connecting different elements into cohesive performance fragments. Additionally, you will learn how to unleash your creative nature and embrace improvisation and spontaneity during rehearsals.

Led by Sergei Ostrenko, an experienced Director, Choreographer, and Performance Teacher, the workshop will introduce you to the Ostrenko Brothers Method of performer's physical training and rehearsal. You will also learn about Meyerhold's Biomechanics, M. Chekhov's Psychological Gesture, and Stanislavsky's Physical Action.

The program includes five days of classes from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with the opportunity to receive an international certificate upon completion. You will also receive support, feedback, and advice from Sergei Ostrenko throughout the workshop.
