But what exactly is Multi.? It's more than just an art event or a book fair. Multi. is a constantly evolving project that aims to connect artists to the public and to each other. It emerged as a platform for Honolulu artists to find a home where they can freely express their creativity. Mark your calendar for Multi.'s first-ever DIY Art Fair on October 15th, 2023, at Fishcake on 307C Kamani St, Honolulu, HI 96813. The fair will feature a wide range of art prints, zines, ceramics, and more. 

In addition to the fair, Multi. will also occupy Kaiao Space on 1018 Smith St, Honolulu, HI 96817, as a long-term installation of their art book library and workshop space. The Reading Room at Multi. will be open to the public for the entire month of October. 

Multi. is the brainchild of Ayaka Takao, Kera Rasavanh, and Caleb Sugai. These talented artists, with diverse backgrounds and interests, share a common goal of creating accessible spaces for the public of Honolulu to have personal, positive, and cathartic experiences with art.
