Sessions occur once a month, with an additional session on June 13 from 10:45 am to 1 pm. Participants are encouraged to bring socks and a water bottle. A free shuttle service is available from Bright Hill MRT station, with wheelchair-accessible transfer provided. Parking coupons will be given to drivers attending the event. Tickets are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis, with the option to join a waitlist if sold out.
