As we prepare for perhaps one of the most keenly contested GEs in recent times, due by next November, what has changed since? How has the practice of democracy evolved? Which aspects of this evolution are to be cheered and jeered? How can individual Singaporeans prepare themselves to be more democratically engaged citizens, as we keep methodically constructing this shared project called home?
