Start your weekend off right with an outdoor all-levels yoga practice led by your Unity Yoga teachers Reagan Sobel and James Burns. This class will ground you, connect you, and invite calmness and transformation into your life. Our classes are infused with lots of yoga dharma (inspiration and motivational talks) and creative yoga flows. Firefly Yoga is a great way to meet new friends and support local businesses. Classes are outside on the covered porch unless it is rainy or too cold, in which case we will move inside the distillery! **Starting in October, yoga has shifted to 12pm to align with Firefly's opening time of 1pm. ~FIREFLY YOGA WINTER SCHEDULE~ Nov 23 - NO YOGA

Come prepared: Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and whatever else you’d like to feel comfortable. The class is on Firefly's back porch, around to the left of the building. The yoga class is $15 per person.
