OSHO Dynamic Meditation
We are inviting you for a dynamic meditation session.
If you're in need of an energy blast, stress relief, and a deep connection with yourself, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Dynamic Meditation
 is a one-hour practice consisting of 5 stages:
1. 
Chaotic Breathing
: Intense, deep, and fast breathing to build up energy.
2. 
Catharsis
: Release everything that needs to be thrown out. Go totally mad!
3.
 Jumping with the mantra "Hoo"
: Jump up and down shouting "Hoo" to deeply resonate with your sacral chakra.
4. 
Silence
: Freeze wherever you are, becoming a witness to everything happening within.
5. 
Celebration
: Express yourself through music and dance, carrying your aliveness throughout the day.
So mark your calendars and get ready to experience a morning of transformation and self-discovery!
The event is time-sensitive, and it's essential to be present for the 
Introduction to Meditation
 and start together from the 
first stage
. Each stage builds upon the previous one, preparing us for a deeper meditative experience. If you are unable to arrive on time, unfortunately, you 
won't be able to participate
 in this session.

Gorgeous! We busted around mid October and the leaves were begging to change. Everything was so well kept and picture perfect. They had flowers I&rsquo;d never seen before. They were so pretty!! Enjoyed walking around here for a while!

Peggy Bay is a must-see to Halifax. The lighthouse is on the island, facing the sea and the scenery is beautiful. There are souvenirs and local specialties on the tower, and it is very meaningful to buy a little to commemorate. There are restaurants around, there are a lot of people, we didn&#39;t go. There are also special lobsters, fished out of the sea, cooked in time for you, it is necessary to taste.
