Welcome to the Organik Flow Movement Lab with Laura Armenta, a unique and inclusive session of Somatic Movement and Spontaneous Improvisation. This captivating experience is open to individuals of all body types, aged 21 and above, and requires no previous dance experience. Led by Laura Armenta, a seasoned professional in various movement disciplines, choreography, and yoga, this Lab provides participants with the opportunity to explore spontaneous movement, engage in personal exploration, and foster a collective connection.

Throughout the sessions, participants will delve into sensory awakening, mindful breathing, and refining motor skills and body awareness. Organik Flow Movement Lab is hosted at the Armentality Movement Arts Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Lab will take place from December 14 to December 18, 2023.
