On Friday, January 12th, the community of the INSTINCT Festival invites you to join them for an extraordinary evening of performance art. This event, known as the Open Floor Community Mixer, showcases talented artists from the festival who are eager to share their work. With a small entrance fee of $20, attendees will have the opportunity to witness captivating excerpts of performance art that go beyond the workshops, trainings, and performances scheduled throughout the week. The format of the Open Floor Community Mixer resembles that of an Open Mic night. Each artist participating in the festival is given up to 10 minutes to showcase their unique talents. Although there won't be a formal feedback session, artists and audience members are encouraged to engage in conversation following the show at an off-site venue, which will be announced on the day of the event. This is truly an inclusive gathering, open to all individuals who appreciate the power and beauty of performance art.
