In this DEMO class, you will learn what TO do--and what NOT TO DO! I hold nothing back...there is no gatekeeping here!!!

2 LIVE MODELS
-one BLONDE and one BRUNETTE. I will be showing you how to create a specific placement strategy that you will customize to the round of the head. NO MORE PLACE AND PRAY!! No more looking at inspo pics and feeling like you are going to have diarrhea because you have no idea where to start!! You will walk away with understanding not just HOW I do it...but WHY I do it. This is what unlocks the closed doors in our heads!!!
THE BLONDE
-you will learn my signature MODERNIZED HIGHLIGHT placement that will change how you foil forever! I will show you how to take your basic highlight into an elevated look in about only 60 foils that will cut your foil time in half!
THE BRUNETTE
-You will learn how I take a grown our lightened brunette back to brunette identity producing soft dimension that is the hottest trend right now--WITH NO ADDITIONAL LIGHTENER-AND IN ONE STEP!! This is where I break down the head in a way that will blow your damn mind!
LEARN THE DIFFERENCE
-I will teach you my signature placement strategies on what to add...but also what to leave behind! Sometimes this is more important!
COMMUNICATION
-You will walk away with tools to help you unlock what your client wants without guessing-no more redo's here!!
SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH AND PHOTOGRAPHY
-I will walk you through how I have built a business on social media as well as how to get the money shot!

By purchasing a ticket to education with Sally Lemmo you agree to the following “Limited Refund Policy”
Postponement:
 In the event this class is postponed due to Sally being sick or unable to teach should a situation arise that is out of our control, the class will be rescheduled for a later date within 180 days of the original event. All tickets will be transferred.
Cancellations:
 In the unlikely event this event is canceled for any reason and Sally can’t reschedule another class within 180 days, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
Please note that refunds to the original payment method will only be honored 60 days or more prior to the event. Within 60 days of the event, if you can no longer attend the class, you can post your ticket for sale online and transfer it to the new ticket holder. You must notify us at support@hairbossuniveristy.com for this to be valid.
There are NO REFUNDS beyond the 60-day time frame. Thank you for understanding.
