This 29-hour reading, directed by Ken-Matt Martin, will take place at the iconic Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York. Tyler's thought-provoking work explores themes of mental illness, toxic masculinity, and war within the context of a Historically Black University in 2004. As six fraternity brothers rehearse for the annual homecoming step show, their brotherhood is put to the test. Will they remain united in the face of adversity? After the reading, there will be a guided feedback session in the Liz Lerman style, allowing the audience to share their thoughts on this brand new play.
