A curated Salad Bar brings bright, fresh flavors — think burrata with marinated heirloom tomatoes, and pickled watermelon with creamy feta.
Enjoy made-to-order omelets, brunch classics like cinnamon bun French toast, rosemary breakfast potatoes, and carved-to-order prime rib and glazed ham.
Additional highlights include wild salmon with champagne beurre blanc, wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil, and an abundant Dessert Station featuring cheesecakes, tarts, tiramisu, and seasonal fresh fruit.
