The Mom Walk Collective presents the Spokane Moms On The Run 5k, an exclusive event designed specifically for mothers. On October 1, 2023, participants will gather at the upper part of Manito Park, near the playground, to embark on their empowering journey. The race will commence promptly at 9:00 am, with running moms leading the way, followed by stroller-running moms, and finally stroller-walking moms. As you reach the halfway point at mile 1.5, a refreshing water station will be available to reinvigorate you.

Upon crossing the finish line, registered participants (before September 16) will receive a commemorative shirt, courtesy of Nurture Lactation and Desiree Renshaw Real Estate. In addition, Mike Naccarato-Realtor will generously provide snacks to refuel your energy. Your loved ones are encouraged to cheer you on and celebrate your accomplishments at the finish line. Afterward, take the opportunity to spend quality time with your family at Manito Park.
