The performance of the "Min Nan Shen Yun" is a large-scale affair that reflects the folk customs of Fujian and Taiwan. December 28th passed, and the temperature dropped. It was the last performance. There were not many people on the scene. The opening was the auction of the works of calligrapher Ma Junjie. The performance was quite interesting. It tells the story of the tour guide Ah Fei traveling back to the Ming Dynasty to visit southern Fujian. The modern electronic music San Taizi is cleverly integrated with the southern Fujian tradition; and through the love line of Ah Ming and Ah Mei, various elements such as Nanyin, puppetry, Mazu culture, and chest-beating dance are strung together. The performance of more than an hour highly presents the southern Fujian culture.

I was lucky enough to sit in the front row and participate in many activities. I often watch puppet shows, but this is my first time to experience it. It really tests the flexibility of my fingers. I also had a lot of fun tasting tea and grabbing wedding candies.

Gulangyu is a very interesting island with a strong literary atmosphere and suitable for taking pictures.
