This month, our Conversation Leader is Andy Norman, a fourth-generation Nebraskan with a deep passion for creating positive change. Born in Grant and raised in Imperial, Andy's journey as a veteran journalist-turned-copywriter-turned non-profit professional has led him to co-found and serve as the executive director of Rabble Mill. This impactful 501(c)3 non-profit organization provides alternative youth programming in Lincoln and Omaha, addressing the lack of diversity and cultural opportunities in rural communities. Andy's commitment to investing in underdogs, especially young people, has shaped his mission to cultivate transformational experiences and foster long-term community impact.
