Let's continue what we started with this continuation of our pre-season program into mid-winter. This small group, PT-led, targeted program will help keep you strong and mobile through the winter months. This eight-week program ramps up each week, so you will gradually gain strength, mobility and stamina as you go. As this program is PT led, our focus is on injury prevention, and we will provide any modifications you may need in order to participate. We will also spend time on specific Q&A at the end of each session to discuss any nagging aches or pains you may be concerned about. All levels welcome, from bunny slope to black diamonds. Class Time: Wednesdays @ 1pm (small group of 5 max) * *Classes will be held in our beautiful new clinic space that we moved into a few months ago. The space needle is actually quite beautiful. It is even more beautiful on sunny days! Seattle is not like other big cities in the United States, he actually has a petty bourgeoisie feeling! The pop music museum and Chihuly glass tube near the space needle are very good to visit! Ticket prices forgot to seem to be more than 30 knives. I like the big lawn behind the space needle, and then walk along the park to the coastline. In the evening, I gradually see the sunset slowly showing between the houses. It is so romantic!
