The newly introduced sessions, specifically tailored for 12-16 year olds, are held throughout the academic term. If you find yourself feeling bored after school with nothing to do, look no further than the exciting project based in Broomhall. Taking place on Tuesdays from 4-5.30pm (with the option to arrive at 3.30pm), this event is located at The Southbourne Building, conveniently situated opposite King Edwards Swimming Pool. The mettle Youth Strong 'n' Social (Strength & Fitness) Sessions offer a dynamic and engaging environment for young people, resembling a youth club in a gym. Created by young people for young people, with the guidance of expert mettle coaches, these sessions are designed to be both fun and social.
