Experience Merry Christmas Goat Yoga in Las Colinas at The Westin Irving Convention Center. Immerse yourself in the unique practice of Goat Yoga surrounded by our friendly pet goats. Be prepared for an outdoor session, so dress accordingly for the weather. Participants aged 5 and above are welcome to join in the fun with a participating parent or guardian.

Please refrain from entering the designated goat yoga area more than 15 minutes before your scheduled class. After the session, there will be time for socializing and capturing memorable moments with the goats. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat or a large towel; we provide towels for all attendees. Our goats may interact with you by nudging, scratching, or jumping - enhancing the experience.

Before the class, all participants must check in and sign a liability waiver. Masks are not mandatory, and social distancing is encouraged based on individual preferences. Remember that goats are not potty trained, but we have sanitizing stations available. No other animals are permitted on the premises, and children under 5 are not allowed in the goat yoga area.
