Melanin In Motion presents the exciting opportunity to experience downhill skiing and snowboarding at Theodore Wirth Park in Minneapolis. Offering accessible and affordable lessons for families, adults, and youth aged 8-14, this weekend program promises an exhilarating adventure on the slopes.

Each weekend, participants can take part in 90-minute lessons held in small groups of six. Families can contribute between $0.00 and $15.00 per child, with a maximum fee of $15.00. The majority of participants choose to pay $10.00-$15.00 per child or make a donation to Melanin In Motion at the end of the season. This fee covers lift tickets, equipment rental, and expert instruction.

To accommodate different schedules, three sessions are available on both Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm. Students are encouraged to attend a minimum of three lessons. Completing three lessons grants participants a lift ticket to Trollhaugen Ski Resort for their entire family, adding even more value to the experience.
