Stitch Meditation
 is an artful practice that combines creativity with mindfulness, offering a pathway to wellness and self-care, as you immerse yourself in the rhythmic act of stitching.
In this workshop, we will focus on the textures, colours, and simple stitches as you create something uniquely yours. Learn simple stitching techniques and explore how fabric and thread can help you centre your thoughts and be present. Each participant will leave with their own stitched creation—a tangible reminder of the beauty of slowing down. Whether you are an experienced maker or just beginning, this practice is for anyone looking to find peace through creativity.
All materials included. Note the classroom is on the 2nd level, accessible by staircase only inside the store.
