PAINT & MEDITATE: Mayan Zodiac Edition!
Come Celebrate Latin Heritage month and learn a little about the Mayan Culture and Zodiacs! Artist @a.i.Azucena born Canadian with El Salvadorian roots has been guided to share her culture through fun, art and meditation.
This event will take place at Miraki Life Workspace, in Roncesvalles; a perfect setting to unleash your artistic side, feel grounded and learn something new.
WHAT TO EXPECT: 15-min Visual Manifestation Meditation using essential oils specific the latin culture

WHAT TO BRING:
yoga mat or a blanket & pillow for the meditation portion

WHAT IS A VISUAL MANIFESTATION MEDITATION:
Anna will guide us in meditation inspired by story telling and affirmations.
Sade being the theme of this workshop, we will be guided in affirmations to open up all 7 chakras; with a story that allows us to visualize ourselves in our highest being. The story typically channels all 5 senses, being intentional and positive. Our scent will be stimulated through essential oils and breathwork.
