Join us on the first Saturday of the month for Beer Yoga at Rising Storm Brewing Company - The Mill location! Certified yoga instructor, Melissa Silva, will lead you through a series of beginner-friendly yoga poses (drink in hand), taking sip-breaks along the way, in this fun and laid back class. No prior yoga experience necessary. Your ticket includes a beverage of your choice to enjoy during or after class. Rising Storm offers beer, wine, cider, seltzer, soda, and other tasty beverages , so there is something for everyone. Please bring a mat or towl to practice on. Depending on the weather, this event may take place inside or outside.  The Rising Storm Brewing Company is located at the historic Daisy Flour Mill.
