Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to arrive on your mat with ease.BYO Yoga Mat- Bring Your Own Yoga Mat to class.Join us for a 45 minute fun and energizing Mat Pilates held at MOT social in Middletown, DE. After class enjoy a post workout shake, tea or protein waffles to refuel and nourish your body.
Class will be led by Pam Lee, a certified Yoga, Pilates and Meditation instructor.
This class is suitable for all levels! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is designed to help your mind, body and soul. This class will focus on strengthening your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being. Pam will guide you through a series of exercises that focus on control, precision, and breathing. Come sweat it out with us and leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day! No need to be intimidated, everyone is welcome to join in.
