Join Angelica Janik as she guides you through specific techniques aimed at mastering your nervous system and cultivating a sense of balance and resilience.
About the Experience:
An experienced facilitator with over 15 years in the wellness industry will guide you through a combination of movement, breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation. You'll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system and enhance your overall well-being, which you can take home and practice.
What You'll Learn:
Understanding Your Nervous System: Gain insights into the fascinating workings of your nervous system and how it influences your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
Practical Techniques: Explore a variety of techniques, including movement practices, breathwork, chanting and meditation, to help you regulate your nervous system and manage stress effectively.
Psychoeducation: Dive into specific theories and modalities that shed light on the mind-body connection, empowering you with knowledge to support your journey towards greater resilience and vitality.

What to bring - 
Yoga mat, Water & Stretchy pants!
*Note: The floor tends to be cold, so feel free to bring a blanket for savasana :)
What are Angelica Credentials/ Experience?:
Over 1000 hours as a Certified Yoga Teacher, trained in Rishikesh, India - Since 2009.
Completed Level I of Kundalini Yoga at the Kundalini Research Institute in New Mexico - 2018.
Completed Bhava Spandana Program (BSP) and Shoonya at the ISHA Foundation of Inner Sciences - 2016 & 2023.
Participated in two 12-day Vipassana experiences - 2012 & 2014.
Certified CranioSacral-1 Clinician - 2015
Holds an B.A. in Psychology - 2022
Completed a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology - 2024.
Currently, Angelica is on the path to becoming provisionally registered as a Psychologist in Calgary, AB.

The Park has an assortment ofactivities, rides, food, civic museums, and heritage architecture emphasizing the cultural significance of early Prairie settlement/life.It&#39;s like taking a step back in time, and it&#39;s worthevery dollar. 11/10 do recommend.

Calgary is a beautiful city. This is a city park. Princes Island Park has a rich natural scenery. The park is full of various green beauty plants and flowers. It is quite comfortable in the evening. The whole area is also good.

Peace Bridge

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.
