Brent Halfwassen is a seasoned business owner and operator with firsthand experience navigating both the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship. With a background in corporate finance, operations, and both for-profit and nonprofit management, Brent brings a well-rounded perspective to business growth so you can upgrade your current business. 
As a four-time business owner, he understands the importance of aligning vision, recognizing how each team member contributes to key metrics, andleveraging both traditional and non-traditional performance indicators. 
A passionate storyteller, Brent believes that numbers tell a compelling story—just as much as a business’s narrative. His focus is on helping growth- minded businesses gain the right insights, implement effective processes, and build strong teams to drive sustainable success. Brent works with his wife and partner Kate Halfwassen. 
When not growing businesses, he enjoys time with his wife, their 2 school-aged children, 3 dogs, serving in the community, and flying private airplanes for the US Coast Guard Auxiliary.
