We're excited to introduce this year's thrilling event, where we'll conquer a 21-mile journey from Lulworth to Swanage. And the best part? It's open to everyone. Join us on this epic quest where we'll unite people from all walks of life. Our mission? To break the silence around mental health and encourage asking for help. Expect challenging moments along the way, where you'll witness participants extending their hands to support one another while soaking in the awe-inspiring coastal path. This isn't a race; it's a journey of self-discovery and community bonding. Prepare for an adventure like no other, surrounded by stunning landscapes and fellow adventurers. While this is a self-supported event, you'll meet other likeminded people and extraordinary brands that will stand by your side throughout this unforgettable trek. Keep in mind that this walk will test your mettle with its ever-changing weather, diverse terrain, and demanding hills. It's suitable for those who exercise regularly without injuries or medical restrictions and have a taste for navigating uneven ground. You'll need essentials like hiking boots, waterproof gear, a trusty torch, and more. Don't worry; we'll send you a comprehensive kit list guide via email. Please arrive promptly at 7 am, fully equipped and prepared for the adventure of a lifetime. Coaches/Transport: Optional transport is available to make getting there easier. We have two options available. Option 1: Return Coach from E-Motion Gym in Poole to the start location in Lulworth, a great location with the option for pre-ordered breakfast and a morning coffee. Handy if you live in Poole.
