Join Magic City Books in celebrating their 6th Anniversary with a special event featuring Pulitzer Prize winning author Michael Cunningham. This exciting occasion will mark the launch of Cunningham's highly anticipated new novel, Day. The event will take place on Thursday, November 16 at the stunning Congregation B'nai Emunah in Tulsa. 

Magic City Books co-founder Cindy Hulsey's life was forever changed by Cunningham's previous work, The Hours, which inspired her to pursue a career as a librarian. It is an honor to have Cunningham join us to celebrate his latest literary masterpiece. He will be joined in conversation by Rebecca Howard, a friend and colleague of Cindy's from the Tulsa City-County Library.

The event will commence at 7:00 pm and all ticket holders will have the opportunity to collect their copy of Day at the venue. Due to limited parking, we encourage attendees to arrive together and consider utilizing ride share services. 

Please note that this is a ticketed event, with each ticket including a hardcover copy of Day by Michael Cunningham (valued at $28.00) as well as a reserved seat for the event. Tickets are limited to four per transaction. To ensure that all attendees receive event updates and information, please provide the full name and email address for each ticket holder.

In the event that you are unable to attend, ticket holders can collect their book at Magic City Books during regular business hours. The deadline for book pick up is Friday, December 29, 2023. While we will make every effort to have signed copies available, we cannot guarantee their availability.
