Join us for free community yoga, and cardio/core classes during July and August 2025, by bringing together mindfulness and sweat. Hosted by lululemon Tsawwassen Mills mall in collaboration with local yoga instructors and personal trainers. All classes are free to the community and will held on Wednesday mornings throughout the summer.

What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and comfortable clothing that you will be able to stretch in.
We will have a few spare yoga mats to go around, however, no yoga blocks.
Need to knows:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in.
All levels are welcome, with variations provided based on individual levels. Light refreshments will be provided.
We are excited to meet on the mat together!

Stanley Park is located in the heart of Vancouver, Canada, and is one of the largest urban parks in North America, covering a thousand acres. The park has more than 400 hectares of forest and is scattered with 500,000 trees, including hundreds of meters of Douglas fir, 800-year-old cedar, moss-dropping maples and a century-old western red cypress.
