Join Coach Mitsu on Saturday, 21st June at the Carter Road Amphitheater for a solid Long Run session. We begin with a warm-up at 5:30 AM, then head out for a 12 to 21 km continuous run. The focus is on maintaining an easy, steady effort—the key to developing a strong aerobic base and improving endurance. Whether you’re preparing for a race or simply building mileage, this session will help you find your rhythm and run consistently for 1.5 to 2 hours. Long runs are the backbone of distance training and a great way to train both the body and mind for time on your feet. Please carry your hydration to stay fuelled and safe throughout the run. We’ll wrap up around 7:30 AM. Come ready to pace yourself, stay steady, and enjoy the long run vibes!

Beautiful florals and gorgeous lighting create a wonderful atmosphere. The temple is well arranged. The only thing missing is the mushak (maybe because it is a festival) the rest is good. Holy and pious, the whole process is very systematic so it is not troublesome even when it is very crowded, it is also very clean, people may need to be a little careful when buying flowers and items for worship as they want to cheat you subtly, negotiate the price beforehand, and also beware of pickpockets.

The seaside is still very spectacular. After passing the famous &quot;Gate of India&quot; in Mumbai, you will see the Indian Ocean. However, India is really dirty, with garbage everywhere on the ground. The sea water is not blue at all, like the Yellow River.
