Long Beach will host a thrilling 3-day Red Cross Lifeguard Training event at LBYC. This blended learning experience includes 7 hours of preparation before the hands-on poolside sessions. Participants, aged 15 and above, must present their completion certificate for the online portion to join the in-person training. The course kicks off on April 20th and ends on April 27th, with a test-out day on the 27th. Candidates need to demonstrate swimming skills by completing a 300-yard swim, treading water for 2 minutes, and a timed weight-retrieval drill. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date, but no-shows or those unable to meet requirements forfeit their fees. Attendees must bring necessary items like a swimsuit, snacks, water, and sun protection. Interested in becoming a part-time lifeguard? Apply for weekend shifts starting at $30/hr. Successful completion of the course includes a lifeguard's pouch with CPR pocket masks for future use.

The environment is good, there are many animals inside, and the popular science education is really good. For me, it is not time to rush. I can soak in it for a day. The garden inside must go. If you buy nectar, they will fly over automatically. It is recommended to go in and go to the middle to handcuff it. No, the old man will eat you all in one breath!

We were taking a carnival cruise port in LA. The Queen Mary was right next door. They JUST opened two months prior since COVID and were accepting guests. We had drinks at the bar, breakfast at the chowder hall and coffee on deck. the rooms were a bit dark without windows but the real deal and unique experience. Would def book there again!

Similar to Venice canals but looks nicer as you walk through the winter when some of the houses has Christmas lights up so you can see all the nice decorations as you scroll through the sidewalks on each side of the river to get that xmas spirit.
