Join the Llandeilo Life Drawing (Figure) event for an evening of capturing the beauty of the human form through drawing and painting. This in-person event will take place at the prestigious Llandeilo Fawr Civic Hall on January 9, 2024, at 6pm. Located at 17 Crescent Road, Llandeilo, SA19 6HW, the Civic Hall offers a serene space for artists and art students to explore their creativity.

Please note that the life drawing session will be held on the upper floor, accessible only by stairs. Therefore, it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility constraints. Throughout the event, participants will have the opportunity to engage in self-guided drawing sessions, without any formal instruction or tutoring.

The event will comprise of 5 x 20-minute drawing blocks, with short gestural poses for warm-up and longer 20-minute poses towards the end. We welcome suggestions from attendees on how to enhance future sessions.

Feel free to bring your preferred drawing or painting mediums. In case you forget your supplies, vine charcoal and paper will be available. The room will be equipped with tables and chairs, but please bring your own easel if desired.
