Learn the fundamental skills of improv in a captivating and all-encompassing setting with the Level 1 Improv "Beginner Improv" course, taking place every Friday at the All Out Comedy Theater in Oakland, CA. This 8-week course offers a total of 20 hours of instruction, with each class lasting 2.5 hours. No prior experience is required, making it accessible to individuals from all backgrounds.

Led by the esteemed teacher, Kyleigh Johnson, this course aims to enhance your abilities as an individual and communicator, both on and off the stage. Through a series of interactive exercises and group activities, you will learn the core principles of improv, enabling you to confidently act and create as a performer. We believe that improv should be accessible to everyone, and we encourage individuals of all skill levels to participate.

At All Out Comedy, we foster an inclusive and supportive environment, where all students can thrive and have fun. Shy individuals are especially welcome, as we strive to make everyone feel at ease. Our class size is limited to 16 participants, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and guidance.

The Level 1 Improv "Beginner Improv" course will run from January 19th to March 8th, with classes taking place every Friday from 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Early Bird registration is available until January 5th, offering a discounted rate of $300. After that, the regular cost is $324. Please note that all participants must be 18 years or older.

Additionally, we prioritize the well-being of our students. If you are feeling unwell on the day of class, we kindly ask that you stay home and make arrangements to make up the missed class at a later date. Furthermore, all students receive a student ID card, granting them free admission to as many shows as they desire during their time as a student.
