Overall, we had a fun time at USS! The rides and attractions were exciting, and getting the Express Pass was definitely worth it since the queues were quite long. However, some rides / shows were under maintenance, which was a bit disappointing.One downside was the customer service&mdash;while some staff were helpful, a few were quite rude, which affected the experience. In comparison, Disneyland&rsquo;s staff were much more fun and friendly, making the overall atmosphere more enjoyable.That said, USS is still a great place to visit, especially with the Express Pass to skip the long lines during peak season.
