Join Sherry Telle in this exciting and informative coloured pencil workshop! This workshop is designed to help beginner to intermediate artists explore the possibilities of coloured pencils. The goal is to empower artists with techniques and knowledge to achieve vibrant, dynamic artwork.
Participants will gain insights and hands-on experience in key techniques to improve their skills. Techniques covered include layering to build colours for depth and dynamism. Lifting by removing or lightening colours to create effects. Burnishing and smoothing layers for a polished look. Scoring by pressing into paper to create lines and textures before colouring, as well as blending and mixing colours seamlessly for harmony. Additionally, the workshop will cover how to select the right papers and understanding different pencil brands. Participants will also learn to create diverse textures for more lifelike artwork.
This workshop encourages participants to enhance their own artistic style through learned techniques. Sherry aims to equip attendees with confidence and skills to pursue artistic expression with coloured pencils, unlocking new creative possibilities. The Park has an assortment ofactivities, rides, food, civic museums, and heritage architecture emphasizing the cultural significance of early Prairie settlement/life.It&#39;s like taking a step back in time, and it&#39;s worthevery dollar. 11/10 do recommend.

Calgary is a very beautiful city. This is a city park. Prince Island Park has rich natural scenery. The park is full of various green and delicious plants and flowers. It is quite comfortable in the evening. The whole area is also very good.

Peace Bridge

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.
