The Design Spot, the design center of Université Paris-Saclay, is hosting the event series "Les nouveaux territoires du design," focusing on the diffusion of design with Christophe Chaptal from Design Fax. The world is currently experiencing rapid and profound changes, with uncertainties surrounding their outcomes. To delve into the evolving landscape of design and its role in addressing societal challenges, the Design Spot is organizing a series of three forward-looking conferences. The first session, led by Frédérique Pain, director of ENSCi – Les Ateliers, will explore teaching design on March 6th at 2 pm. The second session, featuring Philippe Vahé, Carrefour's design director, will discuss design practices on March 14th at 2 pm. Lastly, Christophe Chaptal, the director of Design Fax, will delve into design dissemination on April 4th at 2 pm at LUMEN – Université Paris-Saclay in Gif-sur-Yvette. This event aims to provide insights into the shifting design landscape and offer perspectives on its integration into various reflections or endeavors. The event is free of charge.
