Join Kristin as she leads participants through a transformative journey into the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga. This practice has the power to strengthen intuition, bring awareness to fears, and manifest upgraded versions of oneself. Whether you are new to Kundalini or have experience, this all-level class welcomes beginners with open arms. Kundalini Yoga is a sacred practice that combines breathwork, movement, and stillness to create a divine experience. The word "Kundalini" refers to the coiled serpent-like life force that resides at the base of the spine. Through various techniques such as deep breathing, hand movements (mudras), mantras, and physical movements, you can awaken this dormant energy and achieve enlightenment. By working with the chakras, the energy is guided along the spine, ultimately reaching the crown (Sahasrara) chakra, promoting internal balance, awakening, and enlightenment. To fully immerse yourself in this practice, it is suggested to wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing and be well-hydrated. Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to class. Feel free to bring a bolster, eye mask, and journal to enhance your experience. The session will begin promptly at 7:00PM, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early if this is your first class.
