Join Chef Derren for a hands on workshop focussing on the benifits and techniques of batch cooking
Derren will take you through the economics, efficiency, portion control and storage of food cooked in bulk. 
We'll make smoked haddock gratin and green salad for lunch with a classic lasagna and carrot cake to take away. 
This workshop is for unpaid adult carers in East Sussex.
It includes lunch, refreshments and recipes.
