We are SO excited to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary and to kick off the start of summer!
To celebrate, we are hosting a BBQ in support of the YWCA of Halifax!
Get ready for a fun-filled event! It's a great opportunity to connect with our commuity, meet our team, and support a great cause - all are welcome!
Our location is 
383 Herring Cove Rd.
We will be hosting a drop in yoga class at 11AM, followed by a delicious BBQ sponsored by Sobeys to raise money for the YWCA of Halifax on our Patio!
Burgers will be $3, Hotdogs $2 and drinks $1 - all proceeds will be in support of our neighbours at the YWCA of Halifax.
We will also be hosting raffle prizes from local businesses - such as KinFix Health + Fitness, Cafe Byron, Youth Bar, Cover + Rose Salon, Seriously Dough Girls, Mrs. P's, PetValu Spryfield, Connected Craft Beverages, Supplement King, Bowlarama and more!
This is fun for the whole family, bring your children and your friends!

Gorgeous! We busted around mid October and the leaves were begging to change. Everything was so well kept and picture perfect. They had flowers I&rsquo;d never seen before. They were so pretty!! Enjoyed walking around here for a while!

Peggy's Cove

Peggy&#39;s Cove is a must-see attraction when visiting Halifax. The lighthouse is on a small island, facing the sea, with beautiful scenery. There are souvenirs and local specialty products on the tower, and it is meaningful to buy some as souvenirs. There are restaurants around, but they are crowded, so we didn&#39;t go. There are also special lobsters, freshly caught from the sea, cooked for you in time, it is very necessary to try them.
