The Kiln Forming Level Two Platter Workshop: Strip Construction is a comprehensive and engaging class offered by SiNaCa Studios - School of Glass and Gallery in Fort Worth. Taking place on December 2, 2023, this workshop is perfect for individuals aged 14 and above who have completed the prerequisite Kiln Forming Survey II.

The workshop spans over two sessions, with each session lasting three hours, providing a total of six hours of immersive learning. With a minimum of two and a maximum of six participants, this workshop offers an intimate and focused learning environment. 

During the workshop, participants will delve into the art of strip cut patterns, with a particular emphasis on designing and creating two 6” platters. These platters will showcase different techniques, including a chevron design and an on-edge strip technique. 

SiNaCa Studios utilizes and instructs using Bullseye Glass (90coe) exclusively in their kiln forming studio. Tools and basic supplies are included in the course fee, but materials are not. However, participants have the option to purchase glass from the SiNaCa Store.

I think it&rsquo;s not bad. This cowboy village is a lively place. Some buildings are very old. Some buildings look a bit like Mexican style. When I went there, I saw the cattle performance. It was interesting. The cattle were so cute. Everyone had long horns and walked. Two heads were shaking. Later, I went to the train station to watch the show. The cowboys&#39; gunfight was very interesting and the gun sound scared me. Then there are many craft painting shops, there are many bars along the street, and there are many places to consume. We bought a T-shirt with fort worth and Texas printed on it, but Made in China haha, in short, it&#39;s not bad! Worth seeing!
