However, it is important to note that attendees must already possess competency in swings, get-ups, and goblet squats to participate in this workshop.

To ensure a successful learning experience, it is recommended that individuals acquire these foundational skills from a Kettlebell 101 workshop, a StrongFirst accredited gym, or a StrongFirst certified SFG instructor. The workshop will be led by Cat Buck Le, a distinguished StrongFirst Certified Team Leader Elite, on Saturday, January 20th, from 12:30pm-4:30pm PST, with check-in starting at 12:00pm.

Upon reaching the impressive "Timeless Simple" standard, participants will have the opportunity to further enhance their kettlebell training through the classic Rite of Passage, which includes the Snatch, Clean and Military Press. The Snatch, in particular, is hailed as the pinnacle of kettlebell lifts, providing total body explosive power, unrivaled conditioning, and an unyielding grip. Additionally, utilizing a lighter kettlebell allows for more efficient fat burning and requires less space for storage.

Participants will be equipped with the necessary skills and a Strong Endurance™ snatch plan to achieve their goals. The one-arm Clean-and-Press will contribute to shoulder strength and muscular development, while the military press, with its reliable progression, ensures optimal shoulder health. The Rite of Passage program offers three variations, each tailored to specific goals and lasting gains.

I got a 3 in 1 ticket for Chihuly Museum + Space Needle + Xmas market that was a great deal.  space needle has been renovated and has a glass floors that you can look down. Not for people who are afraid of heights . it was very cold out on the outside circle, but the view was very good. Make sure to check the weather on the online WebCam.
