De middag begint met een introductie in ademwerk. Onder begeleiding van Mischa Blaak en onze spaceholder(s) begint de ademsessie van 20 minuten, ondersteund met prachtige live muziek van Sil de Graaf en Renee Verleg.
Na de verbonden ademhaling transformeert de sessie in een muzikale reis, geleid door de meeslepende klanken van synthesizers, piano en accordeon, die je uitnodigt om een diepe staat van ontspanning te bereiken. Het ligconcert wordt afgesloten met een rustgevende meditatie, waardoor je in een staat van sereniteit je middag kunt vervolgen.
Het belooft een bijzondere show te worden. Tot dan!

【Markthal Arcade Market】 is located in Lawrence Square in the center of Rotterdam. It is special because it is the world&#39;s first building that combines a market and a residence, making it a new landmark in Rotterdam. Markthal is known as the modern version of the Sistine Chapel. The inner arch is printed with a large mural called &quot;Harvest Corner&quot;, which is the largest artwork in the Netherlands. Under this arched structure, there are more than 80 shops selling fresh food. The arched roof can accommodate 228 apartments and even 1,200 parking spaces. Each apartment has a wide view.
