On this special day we celebrate the light within and allow the sounds to wash over us to reconnect with balance and strength. What happens in the session? Nikki has 3 decades of experience in the spiritual arena of wellness and brings a very intuitive energy to the session. She will play tibetan and crystal bowls, a symphonic gong as well as her voice and other guest instruments. Lying down you will guided through an initial relaxation process, which includes guided visualization, deep breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation, which helps to create a state of receptivity and calm. The journey lasts approx 40 minutes so there is plenty of time to return in a grounded way to return home TIMING: Please arrive up to10 mins earlyas we will start on time - once the session is in progress the doors will be closed for entry. Remove your shoes at the door and enter into the quiet space to allow others begin their experience.
