Experience America's beloved pastime at a supportive and inclusive event, "Disability Inclusion Day at the Diamond," organized by Friendship Circle of Virginia. Join VA Hands & Voices at The Diamond in Richmond on May 19th at 1:35pm for a day of fun and community building. This local event, now in its third year, aims to foster an inclusive environment by uniting individuals with and without disabilities to cheer on the Flying Squirrels. The day will include various accommodations such as closed captioning, ASL services, and Audio Description Services to ensure everyone can participate fully. To reserve your free tickets, register by May 17th and pick them up at the park on game day. ASL interpreted sections will be available, with Section 203 designated for the VA Hands & Voices group. Witness kids playing catch on the field before the game starts and enjoy the post-game activity where kids can run the bases. Note that parking at The Diamond is $8 per car, with advance purchase options available. Prepare for a memorable day at The Diamond in Section 203 for a celebration of unity and inclusion.
