If you’re looking for a painting practise that you can do in the comfort of your own home, this art class is for you. You will learn how to express yourself with colours, shapes and texture creating a piece of artwork that reflects your innermost feelings.You will let go of perfectionism by resisting the urge to paint “pretty”, or “perfect” or “easy”…. you will have a full permission to be free, spontaneous, brave and messy.You will discover abstract mark-making and layering process with collage, intuitive drawing and painting techniques (no artistic experience is necessary).Unique opportunity to experiment with different mixed media art materials: acrylic, gesso and watercolour paint, pastels, charcoal and other art materials.This 3 hour long painting workshop will enable you to untangle difficult emotions and reconnect with yourself in a creative way without using words. What to expect: Grounding Circle: Begin by setting the stage for artistic self-expression with deep breaths & relaxation techniques.Playful Exploration: Together, we will explore various art materials like acrylics, gesso, charcoal, pastels and my favourite abstract painting techniques.Art Journaling: express thoughts, feelings and emotions.Meaningful Connection: Bond with other participants over herbal tea and delicious nourishing treats in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. We were there on a weekend and mainly walked outside, looking at the gardens and the architecture. We didn&rsquo;t go inside as their hours of operation didn&rsquo;t coincide with the time we were there and had available. Great place to stroll, people watch, or have a picnic, weather permitting.

Had my first date here with my partner and we hadthe best time. An amazing aquarium with abeautiful atmosphere, lights and gorgeouscreatures! I love animals and fish and seeing themhere was wonderful. Staff were lovely and veryknowledgeable. The place was clean, easy tonavigate and extremely ambient and beautiful. We went on a Thursday afternoon so was pretty quiet!

more like a downtown touristy place with many cafes and cosmetic shops. very easy to get lost while looking for some place on maps. almost did when i was lookong for Mac cosmetics...you will find Jo Malone, Bobby Brown and Mac cosmetics all in one small area. and coffee shops too. on my second attempt i was looking for pizza express and i almost missed it. hehehh the lanes is one place that gets you wondering what exactly is going on with your maps application. definately recomend you to not miss it while in brighton. on your way to lanes you will meet Tmax the famous brand discount shop and boy, you will thank me then.
