The "Introduction to Cartooning" course in Liverpool is perfect for beginners to intermediates who want to learn the basics of creating illustrated characters or depicting others in cartoon form. Led by renowned cartoonist and illustrator Stu Harrison, this 3-day course will cover a wide range of topics, including character design, logo design, product packaging, advertising, and more.

During the course, participants will have the opportunity to explore different styles and techniques of comic drawing, learn how to add animation and sound effects to their cartoons, and discover the art of creating dramatic or humorous effects through posing and composition. Stu Harrison, with 30 years of experience in the industry, has worked for prestigious clients such as Nike, My Little Pony, and Oxford University Press.

The course will take place on Sundays starting from February 25th to March 10th, from 12pm to 4pm, at Bluecoat School Lane, Liverpool. The cost of the course is £135, and participants are required to bring their own materials, including HB pencils, an A3 pad of paper, a sharpener, an eraser, a fine-line pen, and a ruler.
