The instructor's personal journey with welding began at a young age, sparked by the sight of a bicycle with a side-car attached. If you've ever felt the urge to create something but didn't know where to start, this class will nurture your curiosity and introduce you to the world of welding. In this introductory workshop, you will learn various techniques such as cutting, grinding, and different types of welding including Flux core, MIG, and TIG. Additionally, you will gain practical skills like plasma cutting. Visual Philosophy provides all the materials you'll need for your welding journey. There are no age limits for this class, but students under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver. There are no prerequisites for this introductory level workshop.
