 Enjoy learning to design a 3D object! This class will take you through the basics of using Onshape CAD software.
Specific topics covered in the class:
Basic 2D sketching with constraints
Extrude
Revolve
Loft
Solid boolean operations (union, subtract difference)
Don't worry if you don't know these terms; this is a fun entry-level class! We'll teach you the lingo.
Each student must 
bring a laptop computer
 running modern 
Windows, Linux, or Mac OS 
and 
a real mouse
. Doing CAD with a touchpad is next to impossible. Students must have 
Google Chrome browser installed.
