Learn from a real freerunning professional how to perform the coolest tricks. Have you always wanted to try freerunning or parkour? Well, this is your chance. Athlete Ward Bergmans will show you the ins and outs of this adventurous sport, with a keen focus on safety and finding your own style. The initiation session for children aged 6-8 years will take place from 10:30am to 12:00pm, while the session for children aged 8-10 years will be held from 12:30pm to 2:00pm. Please note that there is a separate registration link for the latter session, which can be found on the homepage. As part of the Jeugdboekenmaand (Youth Book Month) event, participants will receive the Sportkonijn quartet card. Collect four cards and you can visit one of the Antwerp libraries to spin the wheel and win a cool gadget. If the weather permits, this activity will take place outdoors. Participants are advised to wear closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers or gym shoes. Sandals are not recommended.
